Job summary

Vanderlande Industries GmbH in Riyadh seeks a Saudi National HSE Officer to lead safety, environment, and compliance initiatives on industrial projects. The role combines strong HSE knowledge with data analytics using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office to turn safety data into actionable dashboards.

You will conduct audits, trainings, incident investigations, and reports, maintain records, support environmental data management, and ensure adherence to legal and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Safety, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and safety statistics.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies in line with legal and client requirements.
• Support projects by integrating HSE standards across operations.
• Ensure accurate HSE reporting to meet obligations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and ensure HSE objectives are achieved.
• Assist with accident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, bulletins, and safety communications.
• Identify hazards and provide on-site coaching on safe practices.
• Inspect subcontractor facilities and ensure compliance.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
• Participate in HSE audits and maintain records.
• Manage environmental data (waste, fuel, water, recycling).
• Organize digital safety records and access for compliance.
• Analyze safety trends using MS Office and Power BI.
