The ideal candidate understands Saudi labor laws, Saudization/Nitaqat, and government platforms. Strong communication in Arabic; English/Chinese a plus; startup experience is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 3-8 years of HR experience in a corporate setting in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR generalist functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead talent acquisition strategies and full-cycle recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits, and employee services in coordination with Finance and Legal.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization/Nitaqat, and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Partner with leadership to drive talent development and retention initiatives.
