Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Riyadh with a strong background in the coffee industry in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving sales, expanding business opportunities, and building strategic client relationships across cafés, hotels, and corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven B2B sales track record, a robust network within the Saudi market, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi coffee market.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Develop business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail.
• Manage sales pipeline, targets, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
