Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong background in Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

You will drive brand growth, lead B2B initiatives, and manage cross-channel campaigns from strategy to execution. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of marketing experience, a robust network within the coffee/F&B sector, and proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Good network within coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Experience in brand building, B2B marketing, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition.
• Manage campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events, and promotions.
• Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
