Müller's Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. You will help implement and optimize Time Tracking functionalities, configure systems, and train end-users across client projects.

You will gather requirements, align HR processes, and troubleshoot issues while staying current with SAP SF trends and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and time tracking in SAP SF.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to technical specs.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey concepts to stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates.
