Job summary

JCA Associates is seeking a SAP Enterprise Solutions Director in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) to lead presales, enterprise architecture and strategic SAP opportunities across KSA. You will align business outcomes with SAP, data, cloud, and AI capabilities while guiding cross‑geography teams.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA RISE/GROW expertise, global delivery experience, and strong leadership. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is desirable. Hybrid work in Riyadh region.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience as lead architect or solution executive for large SAP transformations.
• Deep S/4HANA architecture expertise across RISE and cloud deployment models.
• Proven accountability for solution assurance, estimating, and global delivery design.
• Ability to govern multiple specialist teams and communicate value and risk to C-suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of KSA localisation and regulatory needs, including ZATCA where applicable.
• People leadership and capability-building experience.
• Relevant SAP/architecture certification strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution integrity for assigned strategic Pursuits, from discovery to contractual commitments.
• Act as the KSA SAP design authority within architecture governance and obtain security approvals.
• Lead client discovery, workshops, demos and solution defences, linking business architecture to SAP, data, integration, cloud and AI.
• Direct multi-disciplinary solution teams across KSA, India, Egypt and other entities; define work packages and gates.
• Own the solution baseline, assumptions, dependencies, effort model and cost base; challenge scope and price.
• Develop sector-led reference architectures, accelerators and packaged propositions for enterprise and mid-market.
• Contribute input to qualification and escalate non-viable or non-deliverable solutions.
• Build architecture and presales community through hiring, mentoring and certification.
• Maintain currency on SAP S/4HANA RISE/GROW, data cloud, and localisation requirements.
