Job summary

Alfanar seeks a governance-focused role to manage Delegation of Authority (DoA) across the organization in Riyadh. You will design, review, and implement DoA frameworks, coordinate approvals, and maintain authority matrices to support secure, compliant operations.

You will also address end-user inquiries, analyze processes for authorization needs, and ensure controls align with policy, requiring strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, review, and enhancement of DoA frameworks in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up on DoA approvals, updates, and implementation to ensure governance.
• Serve as the primary contact for end-user inquiries related to delegated authorities.
• Analyze business processes to define authorization and approval requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update authority matrices aligned with processes and coding structures.
• Ensure defined delegated authorities and access permissions align with delegations.
