Job summary

alfanar is seeking a governance and authorization specialist to manage Delegation of Authority (DoA) across the organization. You will support design, review, and enhancement of DoA frameworks, coordinate approvals, and serve as the contact for delegated authorities within the business scope.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, defining authorization requirements, maintaining authority matrices, and ensuring accurate, compliant access controls aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance practices.
• Experience with delegation of authority frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, review, and enhancement of Delegation of Authority frameworks.
• Coordinate and follow up on DoA approvals, updates and implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for end-user inquiries related to delegated authorities.
• Analyze business processes to align authorization requirements.
• Maintain and update delegation authority matrices.
• Ensure authorities and access permissions are clearly defined and controlled.
