Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking ambitious Co‑op and Tamheer trainees to learn in fast‑moving startup environments and gain hands‑on exposure across multiple functions. Opportunities may be within Sanabil Studio or across portfolio ventures, with roles in product, operations, marketing, HR, finance, data, design, content, strategy, technology and more.

You will support ventures across stages, gain exposure to product development, business strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Eligible for Co-op or Tamheer training, or a fresh graduate.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
• English communication and collaboration skills (STEP 85+ or IELTS 5.5+).
• Interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or venture building.
• Bonus: prior involvement in clubs, projects, internships, entrepreneurship programs.

Responsibilities

• Support teams across different ventures and projects at various stages of growth.
• Gain hands-on exposure to startup operations, product development, business strategy, and execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, design, marketing, and venture teams.
• Participate in research, market analysis, brainstorming sessions, and execution support.
• Learn how ventures are built from idea validation to launch and scaling.
• Contribute to real projects with real ownership and impact.

We are looking for ambitious Co‑op and Tamheer trainees who are excited to learn in fast‑moving startup environments and gain hands‑on exposure across a variety of fields and functions.

This opportunity may be within Sanabil Studio itself or across one of the studio’s portfolio ventures, depending on the candidate’s background and interests.

Open opportunities may include different specializations such as Product, Operations, Marketing, Business, HR, Finance, Data, Design, Content, Strategy, Technology, and more.

THE ROLE
