SGS is seeking a Sample Preparation Technician to join our laboratory team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will prepare laboratory samples in accordance with procedures, ensuring quality, accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining records, and supporting daily lab operations while adhering to QHSE standards. Shift work may be required to meet sampling schedules.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sample preparation or a similar laboratory role.
• Knowledge of laboratory sample preparation procedures.
• Ability to operate sample preparation equipment.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety and quality control practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
