Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot CRM Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit, harmonize, and optimize CRM and related revenue platforms, define business rules, and document operational changes for sustainable governance.

The role requires strong CRM expertise, experience leading CRM initiatives, and excellent English communication. Remote work enables collaboration across SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation
• Experience working in SaaS environments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
