Job summary

Mozn is seeking a CRM Support Analyst to strengthen our Salesforce platform, drive user adoption, and automate business processes. You will manage configurations, data quality, and reporting to support the commercial organization and pipeline accuracy.

The role emphasizes governance, user enablement, and collaboration with GTM teams to scale Salesforce usage across the business. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required or in progress.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of system processes, data models, permissions, and access levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce configuration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies; create user guides and training materials.
