Chalhoub Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Beauty to oversee the Beauty portfolio, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts. The role requires hands-on leadership in stores and collaboration with store managers and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in beauty retail and a strong data/Excel capability to support performance reporting and decision making. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of the Beauty portfolio.
• Spend significant time in stores to ensure execution, product availability, visibility and brand standards.
• Lead and support a team of Beauty Advisors, including recruitment and coordinating with an external BA agency.
• Ensure stock and testers delivery, follow up on orders, POs, stock arrivals and payments.
• Build relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers and key account stakeholders to drive sales.
• Follow up with accounts, identify opportunities and push sales to meet targets.
• Ensure displays, planograms and space are aligned with brand guidelines and negotiate with stores where needed.
• Support activations, launches and events and assess their impact on sales.
• Develop regular reporting using data to track performance and support decisions.

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Beauty to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing the performance and execution of the Beauty portfolio, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships across key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and execution of the Beauty portfolio.
• Spend significant time in stores, ensuring strong execution, product availability, visibility, and brand standards.
• Lead and support a team of Beauty Advisors, including supporting recruitment and coordinating with the external BA agency.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of stock and testers, while following up on orders, POs, stock arrivals, and payments.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key account stakeholders to strengthen distribution and drive sales.
• Follow up with accounts, identify opportunities, and actively push sales to achieve agreed targets.
• Ensure displays, planograms, product placement, and allocated space are aligned with brand guidelines and negotiate with stores where required.
• Support activations, launches, and events, and assess their impact on sales and performance.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting, using data and analysis to track performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of experience as Sales supervisor in beauty industry.
• Experience in beauty, pharmacy, lifestyle, or a similar commercial environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key accounts.
• A hands-on, field-oriented approach with a strong understanding of retail operations and in-store execution.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to follow up on opportunities, drive sales, and deliver against targets.
• Good Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing a fast-paced, growing portfolio.
