Chalhoub Group in Jeddah invites applications for a Store Manager role that focuses on driving sales, building VIP customer relationships and leading a store team in line with the brand’s guidelines.

The successful candidate will develop and execute action plans to hit targets and KPIs, manage customer data to foster loyalty, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our luxury retail portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business. They work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.
