Job summary

Durrah Perfumes Company is seeking a store associate to warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend perfumes and related products. You will drive sales, process transactions, and help maintain an attractive display to enhance the customer experience.

Applicants should have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a team, and a passion for fragrances. Saudi nationality preferred; English is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Purpose:
To welcome and serve customers inside the store, understand their needs, and offer the appropriate perfume products and company offerings, contributing to achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, welcome them, and provide exceptional and professional service.

• Identify the customer’s needs and recommend suitable perfumes and products.

• Explain the features and benefits of products and perfumes in a clear and engaging manner.

• Achieve the specified monthly and individual sales targets.

• Carry out sales transactions and complete sales professionally.

• Build a good relationship with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Follow up on promotions and new products, and continuously learn their details.

• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the display area and care for the appearance of the products.

• Ensure products are available and arranged in an appropriate and attractive manner.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and elevate cases that require management intervention.

• Comply with the company’s policies and procedures and the work regulations within the store.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the approved company uniform.

• Cooperate with the team to achieve store goals.

• Comply with working hours, attendance, and departure times.

• Perform any other tasks related to sales and customer service requested by the store manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be Saudi.

• Good appearance, with attention to personal and professional presentation.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Tactful, positive, and persuasive personality.

• Ability to sell, negotiate, and persuade.

• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

• Previous experience in sales, perfumes, retail, or customer service is preferred.

• Passion for perfumes and the ability to recognize products and explain them to customers.

• Commitment to achieving sales targets and required KPIs.

• Ability to use Point of Sale systems (POS), handle payment processes, and previous experience with them is preferred.

• English language is an added advantage.
