Job summary

iSolution is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities, and to maintain CRM data across customers, prospects, and opportunities. You will prepare sales reports, dashboards, track leads and pipeline, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in the technology, cloud, SaaS, or IT services industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Track leads, opportunities, quotations, proposals, and sales pipelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents.
• Monitor sales activities and follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and sales documentation.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing coordination, and documentation where required.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales-related reports and MIS.
• Support the sales team in meeting operational and business requirements.
