Job summary

McGregor Boyall is partnering with a leading fire and life safety solutions company to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia's Western Province, based in Jeddah. You will own the Western Province territory end to end, build relationships with consultants, contractors and end users, drive product specification, converting opportunities into orders, and represent the business at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fire and life safety product sales with a strong quota track record.
• Established network across consultants, contractors and end users in Western Province.
• Local Jeddah market experience is essential.
• Technical understanding of fire alarm, detection and life safety systems.
• Arabic fluency required; English proficiency essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance and quota delivery across the Western Province.
• Develop and execute a territory plan covering new business and account growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, distributors and end users.
• Drive specification of the company's products into project designs at consultant stage.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close orders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings across the region.

The role
