Job summary

McGregor Boyall partners with a leading fire and life safety solutions company to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia's Western Province, based in Jeddah.

You will own the Western Province territory end to end, building relationships with consultants, contractors and end users, driving product specification, and converting opportunities into orders. This is an individual contributor role reporting into regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fire and life safety product sales with quota achievement.
• Established network with consultants, contractors and end users in Western Province.
• Local Jeddah market experience is essential.
• Technical understanding of fire alarm, detection and life safety systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance and quota delivery across Western Province.
• Develop and execute a territory plan for new business and account growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, distributors and end users.
• Drive specification of products into project designs at consultant stage.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close orders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings across the region.
