Job summary

A leading hotel chain is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow Corporate and MICE revenue. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new segments, and lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to conversion. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales. Flexibility to meet business needs outside standard hours is required. This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of success in hotel sales, preferably in Corporate and/or MICE.
  • Strong track record in building pipelines and converting leads.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Corporate & MICE revenue through proactive prospecting.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new segments.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from RFP handling to conversion.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize strategies for revenue.
  • Represent the hotel at networking and industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Grow Corporate & MICE revenue through proactive prospecting, account development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new segments (industrial estates, aviation/logistics, education, agencies, and MICE planners).
  • Lead the full sales cycle: RFP handling, negotiation, contracting, and conversion to confirmed business.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Marketing to optimize rate strategy, production, and pipeline performance.
  • Represent the hotel in client events, networking, and industry activities to strengthen market presence and demand generation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of success in hotel sales (Corporate and/or MICE preferred).
  • Proven ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and grow accounts with strong relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Thai.
  • Confident in negotiation, presentations, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to support business needs (evenings/weekends/holidays when required by events).
