Sales Manager

We’re hiring a Sales Manager who is currently in KSA to own day-to-day sales execution, drive results through people and systems, and scale performance across a high-volume sales operation.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and upsell opportunities to expand the customer base and increase lifetime value.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
  • Use AI and automation to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support scalable revenue expansion.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
