Overview

Job Objective: Responsible for supervising, coaching, and organizing the sales team; tracking sales goals; setting individual sales targets/KPIs; and facilitating the ongoing training of sales staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage organizational sales by developing and implementing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meet planned sales goals.
  • Set individual sales targets in coordination with the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.
  • Track sales goals and report results as required.
  • Develop and coach the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promote the organization and its products.
  • Report all quality issues to the Quality Assurance (QA) Department and complete customer complaint forms.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management in a team-oriented environment.
