Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced HVAC MEP Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia to drive sales of rubber and HVAC insulation products. You will identify new customers, visit contractors and consultants, and present technical solutions while coordinating with production and finance for order execution.

The role emphasizes building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding project specs, and converting enquiries into orders. Travel within Saudi Arabia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical Eng, HVAC, MEP or related field.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, insulation or building-material products.
• Experience in rubber insulation sales is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants and project companies.
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for rubber insulation and HVAC insulation products
• Identify and develop new customers, projects, contractors, consultants and distributors
• Visit HVAC and MEP contractors, consultants, developers and construction companies
• Promote and explain EPDM, NBR rubber insulation, sheets, tubes and accessories
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and engineers
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, product proposals and commercial offers
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into orders
• Monitor ongoing projects and identify insulation requirements
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and finance for order execution
• Understand project specs, BOQs, drawings and material requirements
• Coordinate with consultants for approvals and specs
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Monitor market prices, products and trends
• Maintain records in ERP/CRM and prepare sales reports
• Attend exhibitions and industry events to develop opportunities
• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly

We are looking for an experienced HVAC MEP Sales Engineer - with strong knowledge of HVAC insulation rubber insulation products The candidate will be responsible for developing sales identifying new business opportunities maintaining relationships with HVAC contractors MEP consultants distributors and project companies and achieving assigned sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for rubber insulation and HVAC insulation products
• Identify and develop new customers projects contractors consultants and distributors
• Visit HVAC contractors MEP contractors consultants developers and construction companies to generate business opportunities
• Promote and technically explain EPDM NBR rubber insulation insulation sheets tubes accessories and related HVAC products
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers purchasing managers project managers consultants and engineers
• Prepare and submit quotations technical submittals product proposals and commercial offers
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Monitor ongoing construction and MEP projects and identify upcoming insulation requirements
• Coordinate with the technical production warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Understand project specifications BOQs drawings and material requirements
• Coordinate with consultants for material approvals and product specifications
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers and consultants
• Monitor competitors market prices products and market trends
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts Department where required
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits enquiries quotations orders and sales activities in the ERP CRM system
• Prepare regular sales reports pipeline reports and sales forecasts for management
• Attend exhibitions trade shows and industry events to develop new business opportunities
• Ensure customer complaints and technical issues are promptly coordinated and resolved
• Travel within Saudi Arabia as required for customer and project visits

Qualifications

• Experience Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP or a related field.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, insulation or building-material products.
• Experience in rubber insulation / elastomeric insulation sales will be highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants and project companies.
• Good English communication skills / Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
