We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, playing a key role in expanding our presence in the Saudi market and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into sales
  • Drive sales of:
    • Cloud Call Center Solutions
    • CRM Systems
    • Live Chat & Chatbot Solutions
    • Unified Communication
    • IT & Integrated Solutions
  • Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships within the KSA market
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of IT sales experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong experience in selling VOIP Call Center Solutions, CRM, Live Chat & Chatbot, Unified Communication, or Integrated IT Solutions
  • Established customer network and proven relationships in the Saudi market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Must be based in Riyadh
  • Saudi nationality is required
