Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and greeting them in a polite and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences

• Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to explain them clearly and provide suitable recommendations

• Presenting products and services, answering customers’ inquiries, and assisting them throughout the purchasing process to achieve sales targets

• Contributing to organizing products and monitoring their availability on shelves and displays

• Participating in improving the showroom layout and arranging products in a way that enhances the shopping experience

• Completing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with the approved procedures for handling cash

• Collecting customer feedback and conveying it to management with the aim of improving products, services, and the customer experience

• Friendly, polite personality with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to work within a single team with a cooperative spirit

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma as a minimum, preferably with training or additional education in the field of sales or customer service

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic skills in using a computer to complete sales transactions

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
