Job summary

Workato in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Salesman to promote and sell products and services. You will build relationships with customers and use your knowledge to ensure the best experience.

You will demonstrate products, answer questions, take orders, and process payments while staying up-to-date on features and industry trends. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust-based relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and services, answer customer questions, provide advice, take orders, process payments, etc.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits as well as current industry trends.
• Ensure store shelves are well stocked with merchandise.
• Participate in promotional activities such as trade shows, displays and special events.
