Job summary

Proger is seeking a Safety Supervisor to implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety standards across construction sites in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong technical background inMechanical or Electrical Engineering, proven site experience, and accredited safety certifications.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards, while coordinating with contractors and site teams to uphold HSE policies and drive safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• NASP certification and NASP membership card or OSHA 40-hour certificate are required.
• Experience enforcing health and safety policies on construction sites is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce health and safety policies on construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, project safety plans, and international HSE standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety requirements.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.

Requisiti

• The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degreeor a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering,
• Accredited certificate from (NASP)(International Safety Organization) + NASP membership card or an accredited certificate from (OSHA) 40hours+ OSHA membership card
