Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/infra projects.
• SEC QC/QA approval is mandatory.
• Experience in HSE, QC and QA activities.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and risk assessment.
• Experience dealing with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Strong reporting, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English for technical and HSE documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE and QC/QA requirements across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and quality observations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, project requirements and HSE standards.
• Review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, JSA and Safe Work Procedures.
• Monitor PTW requirements and ensure safety controls before work commences.
• Identify hazards and implement effective control measures.
• Document safety observations and follow up on deficiencies.
• Support incident/near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare Safety Inspection Reports, Incident Reports and other HSE records.
• Coordinate with management and teams on HSE/QA matters.
