Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer / HSE Practitioner to join its ongoing consulting projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will monitor and enforce HSE policies, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a strong safety culture. Mandatory qualifications include a Level 3 HS&E certification, a minimum of 3 years' experience in civil construction, and membership in the Saudi council. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the civil construction industry.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in construction projects related to buildings, roads, infrastructure, and utilities as a consultant.
  • Experience in high-rise buildings (working at height).
  • Certified First Aider.
  • Held membership in Saudi council.
