Job summary

Al-Rashed Industrial in Jeddah is seeking Safety Inspector professionals to join our team. The role involves monitoring and enforcing compliance with company HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and client safety requirements through routine site inspections and incident investigations.

You will promote a strong safety culture, prepare inspection reports, conduct toolbox talks, and support risk assessments and JSA processes while maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain HSE documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform daily site safety audits and prepare inspection reports.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with PPE requirements.
• Report and follow up on safety violations and corrective actions.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA).
• Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and drills when required.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform daily site safety audits and prepare inspection reports.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Report and follow up on safety violations and corrective actions.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA).
• Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and drills when required.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments.
• Professional certifications such as:
• NEBOSH IGC (preferred)
• IOSH Managing Safely
• OSHA Certifications
• First Aid/CPR Certificate (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain HSE documentation.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
