Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receive jobs, work instructions, drawings and specifications from Supervisor and perform the work.
• Lead the team of Technicians and use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Operate basic machine tools and perform installation and maintenance according to procedures.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE compliance; maintain housekeeping and good quality workmanship.
• Attend toolbox talks and report near misses and safety concerns.

Title: Static Supervisor

Responsibilities

Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work. Leading the team of Technicians. Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room. Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc. Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines. Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.) Receive necessary work permits before starting of work... Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards. Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues. Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs. Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements. Attend Toolbox talk before commencing work. Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures. Wear appropriate PPE other than mandatory PPE. Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.

Assist in analysis of reoccurrence of Mechanical failures and recommend for corrective action. Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
