Job summary

SANKYU Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to organize and oversee daily maintenance activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety, timeliness, and efficiency. The role requires overseeing technicians, coordinating resources, and maintaining SAP records while upholding SATORP standards.

You will participate in safety audits, conduct toolbox talks, and liaise with Operations and Planning teams to deliver completed jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and update progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower, equipment, and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice on proper tools and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute jobs.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions; participate in audits.

• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.

• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.

Qualification and Experience:
