Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for gas plants and pipeline systems in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a diploma in mechanical engineering and 5–8 years of hands-on maintenance experience with gas processing equipment.

You will lead technicians, enforce HSE standards, and coordinate with operations for shutdowns and start-ups. You will also oversee troubleshooting, prepare maintenance work orders, and mentor junior staff to lift team capability while ensuring equipment

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of gas plants and pipeline systems.
• Strong expertise in maintenance of mechanical equipment including static and rotary equipment.
• Experience using SAP PM for maintenance work orders, notifications, and history tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for mechanical equipment in gas plants and pipelines.
• Lead and manage mechanical technicians and fitters, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with operations to plan maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment isolation.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.
• Perform troubleshooting and support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Verify job quality, conduct inspections, and ensure equipment readiness before handover to operations.
• Prepare and close maintenance work orders, reports, and equipment history records.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to technicians to enhance team capability.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

• Rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers)
