Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd in AlUla is seeking a Hard Services Lead for a prestigious client. This role provides technical oversight, management, and performance of civil hard service assets including roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure.

You will lead planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies to ensure reliability, safety, and operational excellence in line with Saudi regulations and international standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance standards and compliance frameworks.
• 5–10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management with roads, infrastructure, street lighting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical management and performance of civil hard service assets (roads, bridges, street lighting).
• Ensure asset lifecycle management and contractor performance in line with Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies for reliability, safety, and operational excellence aligned with RCU objectives.
