Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major Roads and Highways project in Riyadh. You will lead the project controls team, coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and supervision teams to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 15+ years in project controls on infrastructure, and expertise in Primavera P6, EVM, and Power BI. GCC/KSA experience is highly preferred; a PMP/PSP is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related field.
Master's Degree is an advantage.
PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, cost control, and report for a major road/infra project.
Lead project controls team and coordinate with Client, contractors, and supervision teams.
Develop schedules, monitor progress, and perform schedule risk analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
Monitor budgets, commitments, and forecasts; support variations and claims.
