Job summary

Alshehili Company for Metal Industries in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team, set ambitious targets, and drive revenue growth. The role requires managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities while coordinating with production, engineering, and logistics to fulfill customer needs.

You will prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or metal industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, account management, and business development.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, prepare sales forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Competence in negotiation, contract management, and pricing discussions.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Good organizational and planning skills, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience working in or with the Saudi market; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills are an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel to customer locations as needed.
