Job summary

Siemens Saudi Arabia invites a seasoned Performance Controller to lead the country’s controlling functions. You will drive transparency, forecasting, and business steering while partnering with regional leadership to identify growth and productivity opportunities.

In this role, you will own budgeting, planning, and KPI governance, and spearhead digitalization across the finance function, leveraging analytics and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

8+ years in Performance Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Controlling.
Solid understanding of planning, forecasting, reporting, profitability steering.

Responsibilities

Drive performance controlling for SI B Saudi Arabia with high-quality transparency, reporting, forecasting, and business steering.
Provide in-depth financial analysis and management reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and productivity improvements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target-setting with accurate forecast ownership.
Act as trusted advisor translating financial data into actionable business insights.
Drive productivity, profitability, cash flow, margin, and growth targets.
Identify risks and opportunities with management for mitigation actions.
Lead projects to improve efficiency and financial performance.
Lead digital transformation and automation roadmap for controlling with analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
