Avanta Works in Riyadh is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team and craft a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts from scratch. The ideal candidate will bring strong baking knowledge, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to ensure timely production.

The role requires at least 2 years of pastry experience, English communication proficiency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pastry making/baking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative flair for new recipes and presentations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading & writing).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and other treats from scratch.
• Maintain high quality and consistency in all baked goods.
• Organize pastry production with efficient time management.
• Follow recipes and develop new presentations for display and service.
