Job summary

Ideolux seeks a passionate Business Development Consultant to expand in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. You will leverage a strong network in architecture, construction, lighting, and engineering, driving project-based sales and building strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in BD/sales within the lighting or construction sectors, fluent English, and a local market presence. Saudi driving license preferred, with opportunities for regional leadership and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales within lighting, construction, or architectural industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong local market knowledge, especially in Riyadh and Central KSA.
• Existing networks with design consultants, MEP contractors, or government entities is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or with remote teams.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
• Promote Ideolux’s product portfolio and lighting design solutions across commercial, infrastructure, and hospitality projects.
• Conduct presentations, project briefings, and technical discussions with clients.
• Monitor project pipelines, tender opportunities, and prequalification processes.
• Collaborate with the internal lighting design and technical support team to develop custom proposals and quotations.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
• Represent Ideolux at local trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Prepare monthly reports on leads, progress, and business forecasts
