Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SOC activities and manage 24/7 monitoring.
• Coordinate SOC shift coverage and handovers.
• Guide analysts and ensure alerts are investigated and escalated.
• Support incident response exercises and tabletop drills.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders for timely investigations.
• Maintain incident documentation and post-incident reports.
• Support cybersecurity readiness for major events.
