Leylaty Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth of outside catering for social events, corporate functions, and high-end events. The role focuses on expanding the client base, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing strategic plans to increase market share in the region.

The ideal candidate will expand our client base, manage key accounts, and execute sales/marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within catering, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong network and relationships with high-profile clients and corporate accounts in Riyadh/KSA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of the local market, cultural nuances, and customer preferences.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend meetings, events, and site visits as needed.
• Existing portfolio of clients and contacts in the corporate or social event sectors.
• Familiarity with event management and catering industry standards.
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outside catering sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and high-profile customers.
• Conduct client visits and presentations to promote our services.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the KSA market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs.
