Job summary

Edelman Riyadh is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage a team to deliver integrated campaigns. The role requires strong client leadership, media strategy, and a solid track record in the corporate sector.

Arabic fluency is required and the position offers a hybrid work environment with remote flexibility two days a week. You will oversee client programmes, coach junior staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining client trust

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in leading agencies or corporate communications.
• Experience in the corporate sector is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and growth opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
• Counsel clients on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creation.
• Oversee client programmes and drive integrated campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop junior team members and oversee line management.
• Direct media engagement strategy and coach teams to deliver coverage.
• Apply sector knowledge to inform clients and protect their reputation.
