Job summary

Amentum, a leader in engineering and project management, seeks an Engineering Manager in Riyadh to oversee a critical infrastructure package under our TSP contract. You will provide technical oversight, design review coordination, and assurance across the Design & Build contractor's delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory alignment.

Based in Riyadh, you will work with client engineers and internal teams to mitigate risks early in the design lifecycle and support a smooth transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5-10 years of infrastructure or secure projects experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure works.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and test plans as applicable.
• Participate in inspections, reviews, and quality/safety audits.
• Report progress, issues, and risks to the project leadership team.
