Job summary

Foodics is seeking a Risk Specialist to support the development and maintenance of our risk management framework. Reporting to the Risk Lead, you will help identify, assess and manage risk exposures in line with our risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will analyze SAMA regulations, contribute to risk policies, maintain the risk register, and assist with stress testing, reporting, and audit preparations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in risk management in financial services or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Understanding of risk assessment, control methodologies and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Workspace.

• Analyze regulatory requirements and support risk policy development.
• Contribute to risk identification across operational, financial, and cyber domains.
• Assist in risk reporting and maintenance of the risk register.
• Support training and awareness activities on risk management.
