Job summary

Foodics is hiring a Global Cybersecurity GRC Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance across the Foodics Group. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, manage the risk register, and coordinate audits while collaborating with Technology, Legal, Privacy, and Product teams.

Strong English and regional regulatory experience are required. The role is on-site in الرياض, reporting to the CISO, with a focus on building scalable GRC processes and dashboards for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise GRC, senior leadership collaboration, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia risk/privacy requirements (NCA ECC, PDPL).
• Proven ability to translate requirements into actionable controls and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead group GRC program under CISO guidance and drive day-to-day GRC activities.
• Perform gap assessments against ISO 27001, SOC 2, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, PDPL; map controls and evidence.
• Maintain policies, risk registers, and governance records; manage risk treatment and exceptions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, customer security assessments, and certification readiness.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and management reports for governance committees.
