Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced GRC Director to lead Governance, Risk & Compliance, reporting directly to the CEO. You will steer enterprise-wide governance, compliance, and risk management while driving ESG reporting and shareholder-related governance matters.

You will build a high-performing GRC function, lead Board/Committee reporting, and collaborate with government authorities. Emphasis on leveraging AI and technology to enhance regulatory monitoring and policy execution.
