Job summary

Red Sea Global seeks a governance leader to deliver governance across the corporate portfolio, ensuring policy compliance and delegation arrangements are maintained. The role focuses on developing plans, budgeting, and aligning activities with strategic objectives in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities include coordinating committee papers, monitoring performance, and enhancing governance frameworks for transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or Corporate Governance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in oral and written English.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and committee secretariat management.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of Section or Unit plans and KPIs aligned to departmental strategy.
• Lead annual operating plans and detailed budgets for the Section or Unit.
• Organize implementation of strategic projects and process changes within the Unit.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and standards across the section.
• Monitor performance against targets and budgets; adjust plans as needed.
• Improve governance reporting, tools and visibility of progress.
• Coordinate governance arrangements, committee support and delegation calendars.
