Key Responsibilities:

• Install and align antennas, microwave dishes, RRUs, feeders, and jumpers on towers and rooftops.
• Support engineers during site installation, integration, and testing.
• Perform rigging, cabling, and labeling as per Ericsson standards.
• Ensure safe climbing and lifting practices as per HSE requirements.
• Conduct VSWR, sweep testing, and assist in corrective maintenance when required.
• Report installation progress and issues to the site supervisor/engineer.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 23 years of telecom rigging experience (preferably on Ericsson projects).
• Physically fit and certified for tower climbing (Work at Height, First Aid, Rigging Certification).
• Knowledge of basic RF components and antenna alignment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
