Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Dammam, Eastern Province, seeks an experienced Linux System Administrator to manage RHEL servers and clusters, ensure 24/7 operational stability, and support SAP environments running on Red Hat. You will handle installation, patching, monitoring, and security hardening to maintain high availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Pacemaker clusters, SAP on RHEL, and enterprise monitoring tools, plus strong documentation and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 3-5+ years of enterprise Linux System Administration experience.
• Proficient in RHEL 7/8/9 and RHEL clustering (Pacemaker).
• Experience SAP/SAPHANA on RHEL.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM/AppDynamics) and SCCM.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift; strong documentation and teamwork.
• Awareness of cybersecurity regulations (NCA, NIC).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Linux servers and apps for high availability.
• Monitor performance, perform maintenance, and apply updates.
• Identify and resolve OS/hardware/network issues.
• Enforce security best practices within Linux environments.
• Assist in deployment/management of applications on Linux servers.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Support backup and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with ERP, app, DB, and web hosting teams for daily support.
• Manage RedHat HA (Pacemaker) clusters and SAP environments on RHEL.
• Review logs to proactively address potential issues.
