Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage room inventory and availability across distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through promotions and campaigns.
• Conduct regular revenue meetings to review pricing, demand forecasts, and market insights.
• Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends for pricing and inventory control.
• Forecast future demand and revenue based on market analysis and historical data.
• Prepare and present revenue reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and online travel agencies.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to revenue.
• Train and mentor revenue management team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
