Job summary

Unified Real Estate Development Company seeks a proactive Tenant Relations Manager to be the primary liaison between tenants and property management teams across our retail and lifestyle assets.

You will ensure exceptional tenant experience, smooth operations, and long-term partnerships by coordinating with Leasing, FM, Legal, and Finance teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–6 years of tenant relations, leasing support, or property management experience preferred.
• Experience in retail real estate or malls is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main tenant contact across retail and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate onboarding and handover with Leasing, Retail Delivery, FM teams.
• Resolve tenant requests and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with FM and Admin for maintenance and common area services.
• Support tenant fit-out approvals and compliance with mall guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure lease compliance and standards.
• Monitor tenant feedback and renewal reminders with Leasing for timely follow-ups.
• Maintain updated tenant databases and correspondence records.
• Prepare reports on tenant satisfaction and service performance.
• Assist in organizing tenant events and seasonal campaigns.
